Overview

One of India's leading navigation and mapping companies established two subsidiaries focused on digitizing the property valuation ecosystem. Their vision was to create an integrated platform capable of combining authoritative government records with proprietary geospatial datasets and on-ground market intelligence.

The objective was to provide institutional lenders including banks, housing finance companies, and NBFCs with a secure, standardized, and data-driven valuation workflow that simplifies collateral assessment during loan underwriting.
